1️⃣ What is your return policy?
If you don’t love it, we’ll take it back! You can request a refund within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
2️⃣ How do I request a return or refund?
Submit a request by sending an email to us at hello@printclap.com.
3️⃣ Do you accept returns after 7 days?
Unfortunately, return requests raised after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted.
4️⃣ How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is approved and processed, refunds are usually completed within 5-7 business days.
5️⃣ Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have started.
6️⃣ What if I receive a damaged product?
Please contact us immediately at hello@printclap.com with photos of the damaged product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
7️⃣ Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India.
